Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all jewelry sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! If you receive a damaged item or experience an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’re happy to offer store credit or a replacement when applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on permanent jewelry, jewelry, sale items or gift cards.
